Rating **I was really excited when I first read about this new mascara. Usually Loreal is my go-to mascara for a drugstore brand, but this time, I was really disappointed. This mascara... lacks any oomph. Loreal claims it delivers 12x more impact instantly, extreme volume, etc. The mascara did apply well and separated lashes. The formula is non flaking and didn't smudge. It did however leave little clumps on my lashes. That combined with the utter lack of effect.. is a deal breaker for me. My lashes looked thin and short... and I already have long lashes that just need some enhancing. This isn't a terrible mascara.. but it isn't good either. Loreal, come back to the light!
